Kyp have commissioned a research study which explores how UK consumers engage with information about medical conditions and their treatment.
The survey conducted by 72Point research, revealed that more than 60 per cent of the 1,000 respondents said that they go online to learn about medical conditions and their treatment, compared to 40 per cent of people who said they read leaflets.
The survey also found that almost half of the respondents said that they have failed to complete a full course of medication.
