Marketing specialists Kyp are looking for a part time Project Coordinator to support growth in this dynamic international organisation.

Kyp develop unique solutions designed to engage customers and promote behaviour change. Our clients span a range of blue chip brands and business sectors and we have a strong focus in the pharmaceutical industry

Since launching in 2005 we've grown from a tight knit London Team to a global business who now require a self-motivated, super-organised Project Coordinator to:
  • Be the point person for Kyp's international new business team, coordinating requirements from Europe, North America and Australasia
  • Assist the project management team in ensuring smooth execution across client campaign stages from artwork through to production, delivery and invoicing
  • Provide administrative support to the account management team from correspondence, travel, client proposals and presentations to maintaining the CRM system
  • Manage and distribute marketing materials including case studies and samples and share project knowledge across the business

The successful candidate will be a confident, self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills and a minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience in a marketing or sales environment.

A degree in a marketing or business related discipline would be highly desirable, as would German language skills and a demonstrable knowledge of the marketing industry.

Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite are essential, and experience of the Salesforce CRM or Basecamp project management programs would be advantageous although not essential.
