Sanofi-aventis wanted to introduce an innovative tactic to dynamically educate patients about Xyzal, a prescription medication used to treat the symptoms of year round allergies. Additionally, the brand wished to promote patient enrollment into two programs – the Xyzal eXperience card™ program, which offered valuable rebates, and the My Xperts™ program, which provided powerful expertise, insightful emails and valuable information regarding Xyzal.
Kyp and sanofi-aventis worked together to develop a first-in-class integrated Kyp solution; it comprised an iKyp webkey™, which instantly engaged and connected users to the campaign’s microsite when plugged into a computers USB port, and housed a McKesson LoyaltyScript® co-pay discount card, which acted as the Xyzal branded eXperience card qualifying patients to save up to $100 off of five Xyzal prescription refills.
This unique campaign created a dynamic engagement experience – prompting interaction with the iKyp webkey and encouraging intuitive exploration of the brand’s compelling programs.
The iKyp webkey was rep delivered to physicians’ offices via custom iKyp dispensers, allowing convenient display and storage while compelling physicians to disseminate the valuable tool to patients.
