Cafe de Coral
Café de Coral (the largest Chinese fast food restaurant group in the world) needed to increase enrolment to its loyalty club. Kyp worked with them to create a piece to target commuters – a key audience for the scheme. An iKyp mini was produced, with the extra benefit of acting as a carrier for an Octopus card – the payment card used by commuters who were a key target for the loyalty scheme.
The iKyp mini was distributed at metro stations around Hong Kong. The client anticipated a redemption rate of 4-6%. However, the iKyp mini generated an impressive 11% redemption rate within a period of 17 days which greatly exceeded the client's expectations.
